Wojciech Przybylski is Co-President of the IUS Council. A political analyst specializing in European affairs and strategic foresight, he serves as Editor-in-Chief of Visegrad Insight and President of the Res Publica Foundation, a liberal think tank. He is also an advisory board member at LSE IDEAS Ratiu Forum. Co-author of Understanding Central Europe (Routledge, 2017), his analyses have appeared in the Journal of Democracy, Politico, and EUObserver.
