Tomasz Kaczor is a Member of the IUS Council and an econometrician with extensive experience in both the financial and public sectors. Since 2018, he has worked at the e-Health Center of Poland’s National Health Fund, focusing on data-driven healthcare management. From 2007 to 2018, he served as Chief Economist at BGK, the Polish state-owned development bank. Recognized as Parkiet’s Economist of the Year in 2016, he specializes in macroeconomic analysis and public policy evaluation.
