Tomasz Grzegorz Grosse is a Member of the IUS Council and Professor at the University of Warsaw. An expert on European integration, regional development, and public policy, he co-authored Poland’s landmark 1998 local government reform and represented both the European Conservatives and Reformists and the European Committee of the Regions at the Conference on the Future of Europe. His recent books include Geoculture: The Relationship Between Geopolitics and Culture (2023) and Sovereignty and the Political: A Study of European Integration (2022).
