ARKADIUSZ RADWAN

Arkadiusz Radwan is a Member of the IUS Council and Associate Professor at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas. A lawyer and legal scholar, he is the founder and president of the conservative Allerhand Institute in Cracow. Previously, he served as Deputy Director of the Diplomatic Academy at Poland’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and was the Law and Justice party’s nominee for judge at the Court of Justice of the European Union. His research and public work focus on corporate law and European legal integration.
