Mirosław Granat is a Member of the IUS Council and Professor at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. A constitutional lawyer and former judge of the Constitutional Tribunal (2007–2016), he has also served as Vice-President of the Polish Society of Constitutional Law. Granat was a member of the Legislative Council to the Prime Minister and of the Program Council of the Sobieski Institute, contributing to Poland’s constitutional scholarship and public debate on the rule of law.
