Paweł Dobrowolski is the Director of the Stefan Jaracz Theater in Olsztyn and a cultural manager engaged in projects at the intersection of art and social dialogue. Previously, he directed the Catholic art festival Nowe Epifanie and co-created the social campaign Let’s Give Each Other a Sign of Peace, promoting inclusion of LGBT+ people within the Catholic Church. His work focuses on using culture as a medium for empathy, community building, and reconciliation.
